Tell the shop what broke before you drive anywhere
(478) 956-0111A call settles most of it. Say what the glass is, where it is and what happened, and the shop can tell you what the job looks like. The same number is painted on the board leaning against the shop wall.

What to have ready
- For a vehicle
- The year, make and model. One customer's windshield was on a 2019 Toyota Camry, and that is the level of detail that gets the conversation moving.
- For a house
- The size of the pane or the opening, and which window or door it is.
- Where the glass is and what happened
- A chip from a rock on the interstate, a crack, a leak, a broken pane. If you want the shop to come to you, say where the vehicle or the property is. More on that on the mobile service page.
“Outstanding job and a huge thanks to Valerie for the transparent and consistent communication.”
